Rent a Facility

General Information for Facility Rentals

You can rent many of our facilities when when we're not using them for our programs. To do so, complete a rental application and pay the appropriate fee.

Submit your request at least two weeks before you need it.
We may or may not be able to approve rental requests with less than two week's notice. (If approved, all fees must be paid by cash or credit card.)
Include time for set-up and tear-down in your rental request.
We will accept rental applications for all facilities up to six months in advance of the requested rental date except for athletic playing fields.

Policy and Fees

Review our General Rental Policy(PDF, 187KB) prior to renting facilities.
Rental Fees vary according to the facility and are due at the time of rental request.
We'll collect a security damage deposit of $100 for all facility rentals.
- Meeting room rentals by non-profit groups when offering programs of a non-commercial nature that are open to the public and benefit the community at large are exempt from the $100 deposit requirement.

Athletic Facilities

Submit an Outdoor Athletic Facility Request

Use this chart to determine when to reserve an athletic facility. Grass fields have shorter use windows.

To use a field during,	submit your request by:
March 1 - May 31	December 1 - December 20
June 1 - Aug 31	March 1 - March 20
Sep 1 - Oct 31	June 1 - June 20
Nov 1 - Feb 29	September 1 - September 20

Indoor Spaces or Non-Athletic Facilities

Print and complete a general Facility Rental Application(PDF, 124KB).
Turn your completed application in to the Parks and Recreation Administrative Office or at the facility you're requesting.

Picnic Shelters

Check availability and reserve online

Print and complete a Picnic Shelter Application(PDF, 187KB) and review our Picnic Shelter Policies(PDF, 101KB) .
Submit your application at our Administrative Office at 200 Plant Road, 919-968-2784. All fees are due at the time of application.
