Code Enforcement

We work to make sure properties comply with local ordinances and state laws. We respond to the following types of code violations:

• Minimum Housing: Housing concerns, plumbing leaks, ventilation issues, abandoned structures, unsafe equipment or systems, pest infestations, open storage/trash, overgrown yard/weeds.

• Private Property: Dumping trash, a hazard or a nuisance, junk/dilapidated vehicles, and other unsanitary conditions.

• Zoning: Building without permits, illegal signage, land disturbance, over occupancy, front yard parking, improper /unapproved use of structures, lighting problems, short-term rental violations).
