Permits You May Need 

• Business Occupancy Permit: For opening a physical location
• Commercial Building Permit: Required if you are completing construction, additions, alterations, and/or repairs to commercial space
• Sign Permit: Building signage 
• Trade Work Only Permit: Projects for a single trade including HVAC, Water Heater, Generator, Electrical Fixture, Gas Line, Electric Vehicle Charging Station, Duct Work, Plumbing Fixture, and/or Water or Sewer Line
