UPDATE 10/3/2025: A portion of the existing mall has been removed and replaced with a central gathering area and pedestrian access. New apartments with structured parking have been built along Willow Drive. New commercial buildings have been added between the existing mall and Fordham Blvd.
The Special Use Permit approval allows additional redevelopment on the site with the opportunity for more buildings along Fordham Blvd. and Estes Drive.
