Description:  Conditional Zoning application for Aura, a mixed-use development containing 361apartments and 57 townhomes, with office, retail, and amenity spaces was approved on June 28, 2021. An application for a modification to lighting standards along sections of the northern property line has been submitted to Council for consideration. The requested modification would allow for an increase of lighting at the property line to 1.3 foot-candles.
