What core services do we provide?
- Respond to Community Inquiries: Address questions and provide assistance on stormwater, drainage, and floodplain issues.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Meet federal, state, and local stormwater management requirements and annual reporting obligations.
- Manage and Maintain Infrastructure: Classify streams, maintain stormwater data, and repair and inspect stormwater facilities.
- Support Development Reviews: Review and recommend on development projects for stormwater and floodplain compliance.
- Conduct Water Quality and Stream Restoration: Sample water quality, prepare reports, and manage stream restoration projects.

Outside of regular business hours, call 911 to report:
- Flash flooding
- Safety hazards with broken or missing storm drain covers
- Chemical spills
- Illegal dumping
