CONSIDER A CONDITIONAL ZONING APPLICATION AT 1651 OLD LYSTRA ROAD (Planning Project CZD-25-3)
The Town and County have received a Conditional Zoning application from Holy Trinity Anglican Church. The applicant proposes the construction of a new church and up to 10 homes. Approximately 10,000 sq. ft. floor area on a parcel roughly 12.41 acres in size, on parcel with Orange County PINs 9787008466. The site is currently zoned Residential- Low Density-1 (RLD- 1). The proposed zoning district is Residential-4-Conditional Zoning District (R-4-CZD).
