The Grievance Hearing Board conducts grievance and appeal hearings for Town employees and provides advisory opinions to the Manager, maintaining records of all proceedings. It also informs the employee and Manager in writing of its findings and recommendations. This meeting is Closed Session Pursuant to General Statute 143 318.11(a)(6).
