Police Investigate Shooting on Westminster Drive

At 11:54pm, the Chapel Hill Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment complex at 200 Westminster Drive. Officers discovered a man with apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported toa hospital and his condition is unknown at this time.

Investigators determined someone shot the victim in a breezeway and then left the area. Investigators believe this is an isolated incident and they are working to identify a suspect. No additional information is available at this time.
