Project Location: 3000 Eubanks Rd., adjacent to Eubanks Rd. Park and Ride Lot, near intersection with NC-86/ Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and near the I-40 Interchange

Project Description: Between 600,000 and 837,000 sq. ft. of multi-family residential, commercial/retail, including drive-up windows, office, and hotel.

Zoning: Mixed-Use Office/Institutional-1 (MU-OI-1), Mixed-Use Residential-1 (MU-R-1)

Project Status: Zoning Compliance, Permitting and Construction

UPDATE 1/13/26: Phase 2 development continues on the eastern half on the site. Upcoming construction is expected to include a medical office building. Chase Bank and Wendy's were recently completed. Other Phase 2 projects include 1 multifamily building, Chick-fil-A, and the corner multitenant commercial building. These projects followed the Phase 1 construction of multiple multifamily buildings on the western half of the site.
