Applying for Public Housing

As of March 28, 2026, our Public Housing waitlist is temporarily closed due to significant demand. 

Right now, we have 373 applicants on the waitlist for Public Housing units. On average, we have 16 units open each year, which means our waitlist is already competitive. 

We expect to reopen the waitlist sometime in the future. We’ll share that update on this page and in the Town’s email newsletter – Our Town – which you can sign up to receive. 

We know there is great need for this housing. Our Housing and Community Development team members are working every day on a wide range of opportunities to support our community.
