Police Compliments & Complaints
We value feedback on the performance of our staff. We're always pleased to hear that an employee's performance was outstanding, and we need to know when an employee doesn't meet a community member's expectations.
It is our policy to receive, document, and promptly respond to all compliments and complaints from our community. Each complaint is investigated and resolved in accordance with Chapel Hill Police Department and Town of Chapel Hill Policy.
