The below referenced legal notices are on file with the Town Clerk at Chapel Hill Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Written comments may be submitted to the Mayor and Town Council mayorandcouncil@chapelhillnc.gov

Residents are invited to give input at public hearings and forums. Those with difficulty hearing or speaking may arrange assistance from an interpreter by calling 919-968-2743 a week prior to the meeting.  Also listed are public hearings scheduled for a specific Council meeting date, although periodically, some may be continued to a future date. Public hearings may relate to the Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO), Residential or Commercial Development, Budget, Transportation, or Housing issues. Meeting materials are posted at Council Meeting Agendas, Minutes and Videos.
