The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to serve as a consultant for services to the Town for Chapel Hill Transit’s Bus Rapid Transit project.
The Town and the firm would negotiate a scope of work, deliverables, schedule, and budget.
All submittals are due by 2:00 P.M. on January 30th, 2026, to the Purchasing and Contracts Manager by email to lbishop@townofchapelhill.org with “Construction Management Services RFQ” in the subject line of the email. Please note that e-mailed proposals must be received by the specified deadline according to the internal clock of the Town of Chapel Hill’s server receiving the proposal. Please do not submit paper copies.
Questions concerning this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 P.M. on January 16th, 2026 to Katy Fontaine via e-mail at kfontaine@townofchapelhill.org.
